THANK YOU, ALASKA REPUBLICAN PARTY!

I am honored and humbled to have been elected your new Party Chair and want you to know that I will work hard every day to be the embodiment of servant leadership.

By coming together as one unified Party, the Party of Lincoln, we can accomplish our goals: Repeal ranked choice voting, take back our lone U.S. House seat, grow our state House and Senate majorities, send President Trump back to the White House and create local pipelines of succession across our state. This is how we will create positive change in our communities, empower our grassroots activists, and together, with the grace of God and hard work, we will win.

As we move into the future, I am focused on these wise words from President Ronald Reagan: “There is no limit to the amount of good you can do if you don't care who gets the credit.”

– Carmela Warfield, Alaska Republican Party Chair

“With the support of my husband, Jason, our two sons, and a growing community of dedicated Republicans standing with me, I am running for the position of Alaska Republican Party Chair. If elected, I promise to dedicate myself fully to the task at hand – communicating openly and honestly, to be hardworking, collaborative, transparent and respectful; to cement our Party financially and to be fiscally conservative.”

– Carmela Warfield, Candidate for Alaska Republican Party Chair

A VISION FOR THE FUTURE

Strong Republican Leadership

Our Party must exemplify characteristics of being well-organized, professional, knowledgeable, and well-funded. Through our collective efforts, we will serve as an example for our communities and fellow Republicans.

If elected, I will work to develop local pipelines of succession across our state and our team will create and execute a comprehensive plan to empower, educate and equip our activists to effectively serve in communities – in our schools, councils, boards and assemblies; to develop our bench and strategically position our experienced activists for future leadership roles.

Electing Republicans

As we approach the crucial 2024 election, let us remember that our primary responsibility as a state party is to secure the election of Republicans at every level. To achieve this, we must unite and share knowledge, resources and information across precincts, districts, and regions and to grow our relationships. Through collaborative State Central Committee meetings, with break-out sessions for networking and training on use of data, campaigning, parliamentary procedure and more, we will prepare and empower our dedicated grassroots activists to win.

Trust and Integrity

I strive every day to lead with integrity and transparency: in service to our Party, my community and our state. If elected, I promise to continue in this manner, and will dedicate myself fully to the task at hand – continuing to work as a servant leader, communicating openly and honestly, and embodying traits of hard work, collaboration and respect.

Growing the Party

The Alaska Republican Party must focus its efforts to expand its reach and membership, including recruiting new and younger members who share our core values and principles to work alongside our more experienced Republicans. Through recruitment efforts and outreach initiatives, we will cultivate a new wave of enthusiastic members who will contribute to the strength and vitality of the Alaska Republican Party.

Advancing Republican Values

As the Republican Party, we must be proud to champion policies that unleash the entrepreneurial spirit, spur economic growth, and create opportunities for every American to thrive. We support a strong national security, advance the importance of families, protect the Second Amendment, and standing firm against threats to our freedom and way of life. In all that we do, the Alaska Republican Party should remain committed to advancing policies that reflect the values and priorities of the American people, ensuring a brighter, more prosperous future for generations to come.

Hard Work and Determination

As we Republicans prepare for the coming year, I am reminded of President Lincoln’s words: “I am a success today because I had a friend that believed in me, and I did not have the heart to let him down.” If elected to serve as your Chair, I pledge to uphold this trust every day and strive to not let you down.
